COPD Reviews

  • Please read the following information prior to your COPD review.
  • If you have COPD, you will be invited for a review at least once a year.
  • Please contact us if you think you are due your review and haven't been invited.

COPD Reviews

During your COPD Review appointment, Katie will then undertake your COPD review in a similar fashion to that undertaken previously in the practice, asking you questions and checking your inhaler technique prior to completing your Asthma Action Plan with you. Your next review appointment date will depend on the findings of your last appointment, your current treatment and any symptoms or exacerbations you have experienced. If your COPD symptoms worsen at any time, please contact the practice.
