Online Appointments and Repeat Prescriptions
Online Patient Services are available to patients aged 16 or over who are registered with Camphill Medical Practice. You can
- order repeat prescriptions online
- book routine telephone appointments online
This service is not for emergencies, and cannot be used to request any other medicines which are not on your repeat medication list.

If you are not registered, read the information below.
Register for online services
For patient confidentiality and security reasons you must first register your interest in the service with us. Please follow these steps to register.
- Download the Online Services Registration form
- Complete the registration form, scan it and return it to us by email or drop it into our mail box at the front door (contact details including address and email address)
- We will contact you by telephone to arrange a video call to verify your ID and then activate your registration
Please note that each family member requires an individual log in and password therefore a separate registration. This service is only available for patients aged 16 or over.
What happens next?
Once we have accepted your registration request, we will email you the information you require to complete the registration process online and create your patient account. This information will comprise of:
- our registration website address
- our practice ID
- your patient ID
- your registration token
- registration instructions
Once you have registered, you will be able to view and cancel GP appointments online or order repeat prescriptions from any computer by going to www.patient-services.co.uk/
Appointment bookings are suspended at this time.
